✨ Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unused and in original condition
  • All packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

📝 How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at arev@templegarni.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you’d like to return
    • Your reason for returning
  3. Wait for our return approval, which will happen within 2 business days. If approved, you’ll receive:
    • A confirmation email
    • Return shipping address
    • Simple packaging instructions

Important: Returns sent without prior email approval will not be accepted.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Email arev@templegarni.com with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund decision.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, email us at arev@templegarni.com and we’ll investigate right away.
